Garbell Candle Process Of Hand-Poured Soy Wax Candles
Hi my precious customers, friends and family
I would like to tell more you more about soy wax candle making process. I have to warn you I am not the best writer in this world but I promise I will try my best.
Ingredients what we use are:
1. Soy Wax
2. Candle Wicks
3. Fragrance Oil
4. Clear glass, Candle tin
In a picture you can see how it looks like before we work with soy wax. It looks like a small chemist laboratory. hehe. Just joking. It is a pretty cool production process.
In this process we need to make sure that wicks are perfectly centered in the glasses or silver tin and wick holders are steady and ready for pouring.
Next step is melt wax. We always make sure that our soy wax is 100% perfectly melted and not burned. After that we let it rest and cool down a little bit.
After this we need to slowly get down the temperature and add fragrance oil. If wax will be too hot then fragrance oil will burn and there will be no scent.
When fragrance oil is mixed correctly with melted soy wax we slowly stir it up for a few minutes just to make sure it will be equally mixed.
The last step is to pour it in the glasses or tins.
It looks like it is an easy process but actually it is not. It takes a lot of time, concentration and attentions to details. And that is what we love to do. Process of making them is rewarding and it makes us happy.
As you can see here is our finale product:
Burning process is amazing. It burns out equally. Nothing stays on the sides. Plus it burns till the end of the glass.
